  1. After the Columbian Exposition, the Ferris Wheel was re-assembled at Clark and Wrightwood, where it operated for a few years before heading to the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis. It’s possible that we’re seeing that Ferris Wheel in the background of this postcard, although that means the date may be approximate.
